About Us
Chad Ezzell, M.D.
Dr.Ezzell is a native of Abilene and a graduate of Abilene High School and Abilene Christian University. He earned his Doctor of Medicine Degree from UT Southwestern at Dallas. After graduating, he completed his residency in family practice at Waco Family Medicine Residency and went on to Wake Forrest School of Medicine for a fellowship in primary care sports medicine. He returned to Abilene in 2005 to open his family practice office. Dr. Ezzell and his team see patients of all ages.
